Kevin is Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation programs at the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University and Associate Professor, Teaching, Global Supply Chain Management. He is co-host of the Ilitch School Startup Technology Pitch Competition and faculty advisor for Warrior Ventures, our student-run venture capital
Kevin is Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation programs at the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University and Associate Professor, Teaching, Global Supply Chain Management. He is co-host of the Ilitch School Startup Technology Pitch Competition and faculty advisor for Warrior Ventures, our student-run venture capital organization,as well as Warrior Consulting Group. Kevin is the faculty lead for study abroad in France and Spain.
Kevin is also a former entrepreneur - he was leader for KMED Inventory, a healthcare inventory management company, and KMED Research, a clinical research site management company. He also led Kyrris Marketing, a healthcare marketing agency. When he's not contemplating all things entrepreneureship, Kevin enjoys biking, kayaking, skiing, playing basketball and cooking.

Claire Stevens is a young professional and finance student recognized as a 25 Under 25 awardee at the Mike Ilitch School of Business. As Managing Director of Warrior Ventures, Wayne State University's student-run venture fund, Claire enjoys fostering interest in entrepreneurship and early-stage investing on campus. Beyond her leadership with Warrior Ventures, she is actively involved in Wayne Women in Business and Alpha Kappa Psi, demonstrating her commitment to supporting other students and the broader business community. Her professional journey includes valuable experience at organizations, such as Plante Moran, where she worked in Healthcare Reimbursement Consulting, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where she contributed to initiatives in the Office of the President. Currently, Claire is interning at Plymouth Growth Partners, a venture capital firm based in Ann Arbor, where she further develops skills in venture capital and growth equity. Passionate about service and everyday leadership, Claire enjoys making a positive impact in all areas of her life. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling to explore new places, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Ibe Radwan is a driven student and aspiring entrepreneur with a passion for exploring business ventures and solving complex problems. Recognized as a national winner of the Muslim Interscholastic Tournament (MIST) Business Ventures competition, Ibe placed first over 6,000 participants, showcasing his entrepreneurial acumen in a weekend long competition. Additionally, Ibe was one of 72 to participate in the Ross Summer Business Academy, where he gained valuable insights into business strategy and leadership, further fueling his passion for entrepreneurship. Beyond his academic achievements, Ibe has honed his research skills as an assistant to Professor Mohammed Mostagir at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Ibe thrives in environments where he can challenge himself and dive into new ventures, continuously seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge and make an impact. His enthusiasm for entrepreneurship is matched by his commitment to personal growth and leadership development. In his free time, Ibe enjoys spending time outdoors, playing basketball and football, and listening to music. Katie Pflum is a dedicated student leader and Global Supply Chain Management major with a minor in Industrial Engineering at the Mike Ilitch School of Business. Outside of her academic achievements and board position for the Global Supply Chain Association, Katie served as a Teaching Assistant for the general Global Supply Chain class. Professionally, Katie has gained invaluable experience through internships. First, at DENSO, she served as a Prototype Coordinator, collaborating with global logistics partners to manage inventory, streamline operational processes, and ensure timely deliveries. Next, at Ford Motor Company, Katie led the overhaul of the Global Supply Chain SharePoint portal, organizing and streamlining company documents to improve accessibility and efficiency across teams. Beyond her corporate internships, Katie expanded her professional experience as a Consulting Intern at DS Group Advisory LLC where she conducted strategic analysis for industrial clients, enhanced marketing strategies through CRM tools, and supported business development initiatives. Currently, Katie serves as a Teaching Assistant focused on developing the Entrepreneurship Minor at the Mike Ilitch School of Business, where she works alongside Professor Kevin Ketels to create courses, organize programming, and as Project Manager intern at Energy Safety Storage Products International where she focuses on leveraging engineering and technology to optimize workflows and enhance production efficiency.
